Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin has been able to lure some of the state's best quarterbacks and running backs to College Station. But he went to Florida to find a kicker. Daniel LaCamera, who made a verbal commitment to the Aggies last summer, showed off his big leg with a 68-yard field goal this week. http://www.foxsports.com/southwest/story/texas-a-m-commit-kicks-68-yard-field-goal-091214
Heck, I once made a 40 yard FG in practice, if I would have tried it in a game the center would have had an Ass bruise.
I've kicked a 30 yarder fucking around, and can kick a 50-60 yard punt. All of that is with friends. I couldn't even kick in high school, it's a lot different when it's game time (or shit even just in uniform). Pressure can get to you.
