just checked on that....its the best deal i've seen so far and worth the drive up to Shreveport. May do it. Either that or fly in to Vegas (3hr drive to Pasadena)

LVTGRFN....i'm crashing at your place...just wanted to give you the heads up!!

Where in the world did u find that at? I looked on expedia today and it was like $350 or so. Was thinking about flying out of ATL on my way back from LA for x-mas.

    A tip...

If a low fare to LAX isn't available try Ontario (ONT) or Orange County/John Wayne (SNA). Those are fairly close to LA. Burbank (BUR) could be another option. Even San Diego is about a 3 hour drive.

i found the best rates from conti and expedia, departing MSY 12/30 630, departing ONT 630 1/2 (hungover). southwest had pretty good rates departing but, nothing on the return end. about $400 ea.

    Consider leaving/returning to DFW......travel total for 2 people=$1890. Includes:

round trip air DFW to Burbank
4 nights/5 days in Burbank (hotel)
    rental car (full size) 12/29-1/2

    Add tickets (2 x $135 = $270)

Total - $2160 for once-in-a-lifetime experience (me and my son)

    :geauxtige
