Tailgating at Alabama. I am not sure they understand what that is.

Most of them just refer to it as moving their home again. When you live in a trailer it goes with the territory.

Oh my goodness that is hilarious. I am hoping that my people make this a co-ed trip because I just have to see the crowd that will be out there!

Yall are hilarious, seriously. I've been to Baton Rouge, yall know how to have a good time but believe me, we do too. As far as tailgating goes, yall's tailgating experience is just about the same as any I've seen and I've been a lot of places, so don't flatter yourselves. The bar scene, which is a huge part of Tuscaloosa's experience, is great in T-Town. The Houndstooth is the big touristy spot. The patio is always packed with the visiting fans pretty much the whole weekend. SI named it the #1 college sports bar in America, #14 sports bar overall, college town or not. It's a great place, yall should check it out, it's on University Boulevard or "The Strip". Gallette's is the big student bar, mostly fraternity and sorority types. It is, in my opinion, the best bar in Tuscaloosa. However, you will get messed with if you're an opposing fan. It's also on The Strip and it's connected to The Campus Party Store, which is a liquor store. 4th and 23rd is also a great bar, and so is Innisfree, but they are both downtown and off campus so the campus atmosphere is lessened. Downtown is less than a mile away from campus though so it's easy to get to. Anyways, my suggestion is that yall head to The Houndstooth to tailgate before the game. A lot of your tigger buddies will be there, it's right in the middle of the strip, in the middle of all the action and you can see it all from the patio. Fairies wear purple.

Do you have any idea what a tailgate is? Your post brings dishonor to the term.

That's how I read his post. He equates how\where to barhop in tuscaloosa to a tailgate.
