1. Gallette's and the Booth are pretty fratastic, but I was in a fraternity so that's where I like to go. A lot of fraternity/sorority types are huge tools but ya just gotta ignore them. I heard that the owner of R&B was about our age, that's pretty cool. I've never actually been there because I've always heard it's pretty mellow and when I'm downtown I just go to 4th. 4th is always crowded but one of my fondest memories is from that bar. I hung out and got piss drunk with Charlie Conway (also known as Joshua Jackson). We took shots together and I made him do a triple deke with the shot glass before we took them, I was a huge Mighty Ducks fan growing up...make fun of me all you want, but that movie was awesome. Cheap Shots is a great bar too, pretty small though. I've always had fun there though, especially when trying to play super mario brothers at the bar when completely wasted. It's hard.
  2. I'm not trying to pass an english class here buddy. I just type what I want to say and then click submit, I really don't care if my sentences run on and my paragraphs are too long. If it's "impossible" to read because it's not in paragraph form then I'm sorry teacher.

  3. Your right Bamatide12.

    Shame on you Tirk.

Isnt it enough that with the Alabama schools that he can spell half way decent.

Cmon lets not set our expectations too high for these Bama posters.

    :hihi: :hihi:
  4. I want to stand up for these Bama people on another topic as well.

It is very hard to enjoy tailgating when all you own is a bicycle. Hard to get your supplies to the game. Hard to sleep on the bicycle seat.

That is why they Tailgate at bars .
  5. That's funny coming from somebody who doesn't even know how to use the words "you're" and "your" correctly.
  6. Could it be that you really don't get it? I don't care if you grill, cue, or stop at McDonalds for a Happy Meal on the way to the game. By definition, a tailgate involves a vehicle.

    http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=tailgating
To participate in a picnic that is served from the tailgate of a vehicle, as before a sports event.

Where you party, or how you party isn't really material. If you want to be understood, come to grips with the fact that words matter.

I still have my doubts that you speak proper English, and have great suspicion that you find the usage of the language confounding. I hope the vacuous pablum that you spew is not representative of what passes for versed thought in west vance.
  7. All these posts are givin' me the fever...and its not a fever for more cowbell, either.

Where, exactly, is/are the visitors' section(s)? Time to start looking for tix...just in case. I mean, if I buy tix 9 days prior to the game, then it's really *not* a true impulse buy, eh? :)
