But with discipline. Will wade speaking now at his presser. His inflections are similar to miles but with coherent thought. I think this guy is what this dead program needed.
Definitely an interesting hire. At this point, I like it and think Wade will be successful. He sounds like the right guy, and everything I've read on him backs that up. I'm hopeful that he can have LSU playing better next season and headed in the right direction. There is no reason why LSU basketball can't be good, consistently, year over year. We should be able to make the NCAA tournament 3 out of 4 years, IMO, with one of those teams winning a couple of games. I mean, there are 68 teams making the tournament nowadays. 68!!! We should be able to get one of those spots, almost annually.
There are 347 Division I college basketball teams. Each team offers 13 scholarships. Hence, there are about 4,511 Division I college basketball players this year NCAA ll, 300 teams NAIA, 246 teams NAIA ll, 148 teams an amazingly huge number of teams good luck with your new Coach Tigers, seems like a good hire
And every one of those kids think they will be playing in the NBA, uh, please hold the mustard and give me extra hot sauce.
Not overly impressed with his resume, but that doesn't mean that he isn't a great up and comer. Most seem to think his x's and o's are top notch, but that he has much to learn about running a program. If he can recruit and be a leader he should have success. It's not like the SEC is a basketball league or anything.
Good energy good vibe albeit he's a little crazy obsessive it seems. Could wear on the players if they aren't the right fit. Long as they buy in.
He said on the baseball pregame show that there will be plenty of energy on campus between Coach O and himself.
