Bogus, I've said before that one of the local sports guys up here played for CLM at ok statte. He is still bitter over the way CLM left the pokes for LSU but he will tell you to a man that Miles is one of the best motivators out there. In fact I heard him say it again the other day.
this may be the dumbest thing I ever heard in my life. Pelini took a head coaching job at one of the most prestigious schools in the country. What career assistant wouldn't jump at that opportunity? Does he really think Pelini would have stayed if we had a different head coach? Jimbo went somewhere that he expected to get a HC job. He was't getting one in BR any time soon, and being on Bowden's staff increased his chances of getting that job when the time came. Both were smart career moves that probably would have been made regardless of who was our HC at the time.
Just some fan propaganda. An actual player would have put some solid examples to support his claims, not some broad statements that bare no facts. All this has done is kept the rumor mill grinding by sharing it. I quite sure that, just like no one on hear is buying it, neither is anyone else who has received it.
