I don't see how that's feasible, then you'd have the BoS forcing his resignation or be terminated. Or so I would think.

They did have a backup plan, keep Miles. It was a horrible backup plan.

Word is he may be on his way out. If they do, Im thinking they are simply making him the fall guy and this excuse would work with the media.

Just get rid of him, doesn't matter what the excuse. He was a bad hire to begin with. It would be poetic justice if he got fired for something he didn't do like the Duke LaCrosse coach.

 

All you'd have to do is teach him to hand the ball off. How hard can that be?
