what a competitive way to start off, the only thing im worried about is our qb, we should be able to run and stop it so im not worried about that, i think coach fisher will keep it simple, a great play would be shyrone carey swing pass out of the back field for mauck to get high percentage passes with and confidence, whats your prediction for when they tigers go to blacksburg,

    LSU 20 VT17
lsu wins this one with one word SPEED, speed at qb rb and wr
speed at lb and secondary this game is close with inconsistency at qb, mauck will have a tough time for his first start against a top notch team. but in the end its speed which will be the x factor

just a preview of the citadel game
    LSU 72 Citadel 0
this game should not be played,

    Agree

I believe you're right. Overall team speed and physical conditioning will prevail in the 4th quarter. My prediction is ...........LSU 30 Va. Tech 20

It seems like everyone is pretty optimistic about the Va Tech game. I hope you're right. The Hokies are a talented and well-coached squad that doesn't lose at home very often. But they are a Big East team, as pointed out above. :)
