Got it tuned to 870. It's actually not too bad. Probably better when it gets dark.

I get an AM station, I think it is WWL, in Virginia from time to time. I don't know if it comes from the original source but I have listened to a few local (La) AM broadcasts of games here in Virginia. Not the greatest reception, but I'll take it.

While living in North Carolina, I listened to games on 870 out of N.O. also.

I get WWL, clear as a bell, in West Texas. I can remember listenting to WWL as a kid in DENVER! I remember listening to calls with Hokie Gajan, sitting with my dad, trying to tune the game in better, in my basement in Colorado. Pretty amazing. WWL kicks azz.

When I lived in Ohio, we could get WWL as well. I remember listening to the Josh Reed show, aka LSU-AMAB 2001, as I drove from St Louis to Dayton.

I listen to 870 in Jacksonville, FL. Also used to faintly listen to Tiger games on 870 when I lived in San Francisco.

At night I listen to 870 all the time here in Dallas. I can even pick it up at my parents in Maryland for time to time. Although there is a lot of static up there.
