    Neither of these are free speech issues. A freely signed secrecy agreement is not a violation of his free speech, nor is an entertainer taking pot shots at public figures.

    He did a stand up show late in 2014. He is constantly on tour, and sells out arenas. That last sentence about Rush Limbaugh is ridiculous and sounds like some Rush parroting to me.

    comedian or not do you take him seriously. I dont take Limbaugh seriously. Im pretty sure you dont take Maher seriously.

    Exactly. Limbaugh's schtick is to piss off liberals. Mahers' is to piss off conservatives. They both manage to piss me off. But Maher is definitely trying to get a laugh while he is at it. At times he is quite funny. Limbaugh at times displays great wit, but he's far from a comedian.
