Well, this post surely made mountains out of amp hill's.....

I've heard enough of the guy myself.

As much as it pains me I must confirm what I think Crawfish has reported. That while Amp did rehab, he never followed the rehab schedule LSU developed for him. Maybe he rehabbed on his own but didn't show up for many of the scheduled rehab appointments.

Another thing is the difference in progress Amp feels he's made vs. what LSU feels he's made. I was told that the injury is still keeping Amp from popping off the line of scrimmage. The first initial burst of strength.

Obviously Amp and LSU just disagree that Amp is 100%. Amp can probably go many places and start but due to his lack of following LSU's rehab schedule and our depth it just wasn't going to happen at LSU.

I hope he can fully heal at some point and become the receiver he was projected to be.

Sounds like a guy that indeed never had to deal with such an injury and felt that his natural ability would over-come any need for dedicated rehab.

Well, if he thinks that he's at 100%, and wants to go to USF then so be it.... Time will tell if he's really healthy enough.
