That's what they said 2 years ago...Then we beat So. Illinois, #1 Stanford, and defending NC Syracuse. Not sure if you're paying attention this year but there really aren't any dominant 1 or 2 seeds this year. Kudos to you...:thumb:
You should be the biggest Kansas and Kentucky fan in the world tomorrow. If Nebraska and South Carolina keep up their winning way, Bama gets bumped. Wake Forest could also throw a monkey wrench in there. I think Bama makes it, but they might be the last team in.
Interesting stat... No SEC team has had 10 conference wins and NOT gone to the dance. We'll probably end up right on about 50 (give or take) on the RPI and we're 5-6 against Top 50 RPI schools. We're definately a bubble, but barring Wake or someone else (USC) making a miracle conference tourny championship, I think we're in.
It will be a close call for Bama. I hope the tide makes it int hought. I am all for teh tourney including as many sec schools as possible.
I normally go for that, but I want all the at George Washington's of the world to lose and all the Wake Forests of the world to win so they can not get in... I developed such a strong dislike for them when I went there... nothing against RedElephants, b/c he is a good guy...
