1. I just don't know how I feel about this team anymore. I was feeling REALLY good from around the Ole Miss series up until the State series... The SEC Tourney pretty much did it for me. That was when State and Ole Miss (two series we won, for those who don't know) stepped it up, and we.... I don't really know WHAT happened. I know that post isn't like me, but Tulane scares me, I am TERRIFIED. We seem to have some kind of Tulane-monkey on our backs. I feel confident with Dirks and Smith on the mound, but I don't like the match-up with our hitting facing Tulane's pitching--or anyones for that matter. If we use the SEC Tourney as measuring stick for how LSU does the rest of the post-season... we're in some MIGHTY deep ****... But, I hope I'm wrong, GOD, do I hope I'm wrong...
  2. From what I've heard, Zephyr Stadium is booked for the weekend of the the super regional, which would mean we could host the super.
  3. They could be a better team... They could be a more talented team, but CRAZY things happen in a rivalry!

If we have it on the table next week, I'll like our chances, b/c I think Tulane is overrated.

just hope this time next week we are talking about the Tide beating Tulane hahah
  4. I don't feel as confident that LSU will win as I have in past years, but ya gotta have hope. And early reservations if you want to be within an hours driving distance of Omaha. Making reservations just this weekend was actually pretty late from what I hear.
  5. I have hope... I just don'y know if hope alone will be enough...
  6. The Z's have a home series. What the worms are looking at is Saturday noon, Sunday noon and Monday afternoon starts, not to conflict with the Zephyrs games.
  7. that would be great for us, no friday night game.
  8. I believe I saw it on espn.com --under "college sports" ..
