#4 Bama needed both Oregon & KState to lose, just tp gt in as #2 this year. Last year they got an unprecedented BCS CG Mulligan. Why do you think that is? 2009, the year holding stopped being called all together against the 'tahd & INTs ala Patrick Peterson's & other opponents mean nothing at Alabama.
I'm with you on that. It's rarefied air to be on such a roll. But anyone would love it. Plus, doing a lot of business in the Auburn area, it's kinda cool watching all the crimson flags waving these days.
Congrats Tusk. Don't in any way allow my comments to diminish my respect for what Saban has done. He's the best coach, and Bama is currently the best power in college football. Pounding ND into the ground was alright with me, and reassuring the SEC's dominance was okay too. Geaux Tigers in 2013.
Thanks a bunch Pennsylvania. Being from up in that area, I get the rivalry between Penn St and ND. Given our history with ND, coach Bryant and Ara Parseghian, this one felt good on many levels. A beat down was pure gravy.
Congrats TT. It don't matter how you get in, just get in and take care of business. With the players lost to early departures we will be in rebuilding mode. You may find yourself on an A&M board posting next season. Anyone that thinks Johnny Football won't win the West before he's done is fooling themselves.
Some people follow recruiting, see that they aren't blessed with top OL prospects. And they just lost their best OL who declared for the draft. Johnny is draft eligible after this coming season, BTW. Redshirt Sophomore like Michael Brockers.
