In the ask CFN section of Collegefootballnews.com, a reader was bitching about how ohio st.'s stadium wasn't a top 25 stadium. They responded by saying that the consesus on top stadiums are : LSU, Oregon, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Texas A&M, Notre Dame and Florida. Nothing big, just thought that was cool and another person agrees that tiger stadium is the best....
Oregon has been kind of the "cool" stadium lately to rate as one of the top in the nation. That seem to pack the house and probably have the same type of followings as the AU and bama teams as the have no real pro football team to cheer for in Oregon. Who knows if its truly a better experience, but its popular to say so. I was happy to not see the "Big House," at UMichigan on the list. I went and checked that out on a recruiting trip and was VERY unimpressed with the structure itself. Not to mention that the Michigan area sports talk was constantly talking about how weak the crowd noise was in that place.
Its even colder in Green Bay. When Packers fans tailgate they keep their beer inside their cars to keep it from freezing solid.
