yep pretty wild speculation but it fits. I heard the red car was supposed to be a drive by decoy for the shooting and that is what all of the "eye witnesses were reportedly telling the police. If true it lends credence to the conspiracy trap theory.

Wow, the shooter is lying and he's dead. Now we'll never find out just how "organized' of a hit this may have been. How do I know he is lying? The guy he shot was walking the opposite direction away from the shooter until he turned around at the sound of hey we got one right here. you can also see (not clearly) that the guy pulls out his mace virtually the same time the shots are fired. AThe shooter had the gun out and ready before the victim ever turned around. Edit: Victim's friend said the mace can was shot. That's the reason for the vapor cloud and the Victim never had time to pull it out. Edit: video from attempted arrest.
