1. They say that every game is set for 7pm on the student tickets. So, that's not relevant.

I think it will be an evening game, but I'm hopefull that we can get it at night in Death Valley.

LSU can't request ESPN. We basically have no choice in the matter.
  2. No, CBS gets first pick. Its in some silly contract somewhere.
  3. No. That game will 100% be on CBS
  4. Well I have heard that ESPN gets one game a year in which they can pick ahead of CBS. I noticed that CBS already picked up the Florida game, but why wouldn't they just go ahead and pick the Tenn. game? Maybe ESPN picked the Tenn. game.
  5. Sure wish we could have them at night in Tiger Stadium.

    ESPN game would be nice.

well according to College Football News website CBS is choosing between Ark/Bama and Fla/Kentucky for the 2:30 slot. Not sure it its a mistake or what but there is no mention of LSU/Tenn. Maybe CBS is going to wait and maybe show a 7pm game and if not hand it off to ESPN. I do think ESPN gets to pick one game a year ahead of CBS, but there is no listing for LSU/Tenn at all..

    who knows?
  7. I have heard rumors that ESPN was going to get coverage of the LSU/Tenn game. And on this site http://www.collegefootballnews.com/2005/Features/TV.htm It says the CBS game is between Arkansas/Bama or Florida/Kentucky. Plus if you notice the Michigan/Wisconsin game is ESPN/ESPN2, so ESPN/ESPN2 needs another night game that day. So I guess we will find out later on in the season. Hopefully ESPN can get this one, no better way to start of the SEC schedule with a night game on national television against Tennessee!

  8. LOL. I was one minute late. Nice research.
  9. thats funny!!!
  10. Collegefootballnews.com has CBS showing either Arkansas/Bama or Florida/Kentucky. ESPN would have the pick up the Tenn/LSU game.
