Did the Redskins deal go through for him. Wahington Post said he left Redskins Complex at 4 PM yesterday and that 2 team insiders said he had accepted WR coach post there. Anything official one way or the other yet? Hoping maybe Saban could offer him a last minute "incentive" to change his mind. He would be the only coach on Gibbs' staff with zero NFL experience, so that speaks wonsers for how lucky we have been to have this guy. If he does go, could the timing be any worse as far as X. carter is concerned (ironically, the other leading canidate for the job was reportedly the Gators WR coach , Dwayne Dixon.
