Looking at what this guy has done, 5 WRs in 6 years to get drafted from his time at UCF and Nevada is pretty damn impressive

Pretty impressive. I trust that it will be a good hire. Hopefully he will develop Demetrius Byrd, Terrance Toliver, Brandon LaFell and the rest of the young fellas to be SUPERSTARS. I'm excited!

Another great hire. NFL Experience. So Cal connections to help recruiting. And he looks to be a pretty decent WR coach, too.

Also note that his national recruiting responsibility for UCLA was the Dallas area. This will no doubt be beneficial. Good hire.

With the talent we have at WR, combined with just an average WR coach (I dont think he is just average)...equals some nasty WR's for years to come.

Looks like a good hire, and I continue to be impressed with Miles's ability to hire quality assitants. Can't wait to get the reports from the spring game, I am so looking forward to seeing what kind of changes are in store for our awesome, awesome guys on the offensive side of the ball.

How long until football season starts again?

Just thought about one more thing. Crowton comes from the PAC-10, and now we get a PAC-10 WR coach. The synergy just came to me in a cloud of dust. Too much work on the brain this morning.

"He tutored a UCLA receiving group that struggled with consistency throughout a 7-6 season." This statement in the article scares me.....:geauxtige
