Any word on who will be the next WR Coach?

    Yea, but you have to look at he has done during his entire coaching career; not just the last season. His credentials look good, but as usual the proof is in the pudding. Only time will tell. But Miles seems to be a good judge of horse flesh, so I will trust to his judgment for now.

    As per above, McCarthy is promised well above the 130K he made last season at UCLA? :shock: And has the chance to double his UCLA salary? :eek:


    I'm in the wrong profession. :D

    He might have nearly doubled his salary with cost of living adjustments by getting out of Southern California alone.

    I wouldn't call a move from UCLA to a team that has finished in the top five the last two seasons and is a preseason top five for next year a lateral move.

    That's about a 1+ hour commute in Los Angeles. There is no affordable housing around UCLA for someone on a $130K salary. His house in BR will be about 3x the size of whatever he had in L.A. for less money.
