Not to mention LSU hasn't won a bowl game since he's been here. I'm sure he would like to win one.

Just curious if anyone has heard anything reliable re Mett. Apparently Miles has been quiet about the injury, and if anyone here is on Twitter, rumors are rampant. I have even seen one that says he has a torn ACL. Still may be too soon to know anything based on when he has an MRI.

Pure speculation but if Miles is mum that is probably a good thing. Certainly they know MRI or any other results and if he was done I would like to think that news would be out. Bad news never gets better with time.

You know Miles is like a pig in shit with this one. Whomever we face in the bowl has +/- a month to prepare, but no idea which QB to prepare for. Not that we run 2 different systems or anything, but Winnings' wheels force the D to stay honest moreso than Zach.

With him walking up and down the sidelines and then standing next to the other QBs with the ice pack strapped to his knee, I am not too worried about it. He only got the crutches as the game was ending to help him get to the locker room. If anything was torn, I don't think we would have seen him walking.

In 1986, I torn my ACL in half, stretched my MCL from here to kingdom come, and tore all of my cartilege. I walked away--but needed crutches later.

But would the LSU doctors that looked him when he came off of the field let him do that?
