    I'm really exciting about all the talk around our new OC and how JJ might become a great QB due to his presence.

    That is because Ford had not performed to the level he needed to be at early in the season. Running through the wrong holes with the ball and when attempting to block. Also had to work on his blocking in general.

    I still think he can be very effective. Confidence is such an amazing thing for a QB.
