and where's that guy that hit the ws winning home run?
Warren Morris started his career with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He is currently with the Detriot Tigers.
The following is a scouting report from STAT INC:
Morris hit well enough in 1999 to finish third in the National League Rookie of the Year voting. However, pitchers have caught on to his tendency to pull everything and mostly have fed him offspeed pitches on the outside corner the past two years. He's an average runner who has had fewer stolen bases than caught stealings in every season in the majors. He is surehanded and turns the double play well, but his poor range has cost him playing time
Albert (Dont call me Joey) Bell
Todd Walker is another one.
Kurt Ainsworth is with SF Giants
Paul Byrd -Atlanta Braves
Mark Guitre (misspelled I know) Chi Cubs
Armando Rios - cant remember which team
Mike Sirotka, Jeff Reboulet, Curtis Leskanic, Chad Ogea, "Mondo" Rios...All had more than "a cup of coffee" in The Show.
Warren Morris is at Triple-A Toledo.. Detroit Tigers system.
Trey Hodges - Atlanta Braves Bullpen
has something like a 2.90 ERA
Mike Fontenot was with the Tampa Bay organization and was doing well havent heard anything on him lately.
Armando Rios was with the Pirates last I heard. The Buccos got him for the overrated Jason Schimdt.
Bestbank, the Pirates cut Rios at the end of last season. I know he signed with someone...I just can't remember who.
