Man this takes me back. My grandparents were big country and Bluegrass fans way back in the day . The first Album I ever bought was Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs Worlds Greatest Bluegrass. I still have it in my credenza in my living room. One of my first things I bought was a nice stereo my sophomore year in high school and it had an 8 track and a turntable. It was nice to go to sleep with it playing some Billy Joel The Stranger album or Commadores. I had a big variety because I liked a lot of different music. Glenn Miller, Hank Williams Jr, The Eagles, Boston, Foreigner, Pat Benatar, Heart, George Straight, George Jones, Just to name a few. I still have my collection with an old 1970 45 record of Arcxhie Who At LSU . I was in the old record club and accumulated quite a few records. I wish I still had that old stereo. Was a Panasonic and it could crank it up.
Oh I'm all in for the livin, I just can't listen to country music any more. I'll listen to the classics, but anything put out since, oh, 1975, I'm not having it. The shit that comes out anymore is hard to consider music. I love me some Zach Brown tho, so really, I'm just a mess. Carry on.
