KMR is a competitive MFr...but she would not disrespect another coach unless it was warranted. I do not doubt Pokey said something to Kim that pissed her off, but that is competitive sports. If that happened with male coaches (ala Saban and Fran) everyone would say it is part of the game and fueling a rivalry. Since it is chicks everyone is in tizzy.
Pokey earned the right to speak to her any damn way she pleased after the game. :thumb: Mulkey needs to get over herself. She fancies herself as another Pat Summitt, but she's got a ways to go. Chauvinistically speaking, she's a witch with a capital B.
pokey is a classy chick and the fact she was po'd at the bitch of baylor who was shunned by LSU, I think its good. pokey dont take no chit from the whacko waconian tazmanian shebitch. should be fun next year in waco. maybe janet reno could officiate.
I'm on Pokey's side, too. Funny, last night she was a looker, today a bitch! Did her after-game antics change some of your minds?..lol
KMR had no interest in taking the LSU job. Only job she would leave Baylor for would be La Tech, but she was so screwed over by them several years ago that she would not go there now either. This whole deal has been blown out of proportion.....competitive people do not get along. KMR bested Pokey last year in the Final Four, Pokey got her revenge last night - though on a much smaller stage. If we get the pleasure of seeing them again in the tourney, what happened last night will add fuel to the fire and make it a hell of a game.
i heard the waconian whacko applied for the job but stanley denied her. this was long before any of this so I think its legit though Im not certain. ill let you know for sure. I didnt know people thought she was nice looking. I always saw her as a bitch so I never saw it that way. i mean, how can you like a chick you just know wont do the dishes without a fight.
I'd like to say we will never know what was said...similar to when Coach Rick Petino and Coach Dale Brown had a little verbal jab several years back. All that was said was it was "street talk". But with two woman involved...and yes I am being sexist to the nth degree...we will probably find out soon enough.
Who wants to bet that the NCAA puts these two in the same bracket come Tournament time. It will make for good drama for ESPN. :dis:
