1. good one MarineTiger!
  2. Do the argyle sweaters

and Little Debbie cakes come with it? If so, aiight!
  3. Would probably be a sideways move for him, although I'm sure he could use his powers of hypnosis to get the price down... :)
  4. Again, I just can't believe it.

I don't get it. I will never get it.

Why? oh Why? would you give up such a sweet gig at LSU to be a rookie HC for a NFL team in a big city? Why would you want your 13 year old daughter to go to high school in a moral dump like Mi-jammy when you could raise your teen daughter in a clean and safe community like BR?

    I just don't get it.
  5. But Nick is a movie star!

Anyone who read my previous posts here knows I love you Tigers... but you have to admit this picture IS funny..

  7. This is way more plausible than the thought that in 4 years, the home had essentially doubled in value...Real estate may-in the BEST of times in the BEST of markets in the BEST of locations-increase about 5-7%/year from its initial appraised value...That'd put it at still only somewhere in the low 2 million dollar range...No one would overpay one million dollars when they had that kind of money to spend...

This post seems way more logical as far as an explanation goes...Because 1.725-3+ million in 4 years ain't happening, not even on the Left Coast...
  8. The pictures good but the caption is lame.
  9. TigerEd,
you can believe it. It's the truth. I know what the house was on the market for before Saban bought it, I knew what it appraised for (first hand), and I'm 90% certain that is what took place when Saban bought it. You know how word travels in the BR Country Club rich society on stuff that is high profile such as a coach and a major player in the BR high society and LSU. So trust me, this is what happened.
  10. A lot of houses up and down the south side of Highland have this feature, it's a fault line. :hihi:
