My wife just made a good point. If someone is standing on the side of the street, and flashing people as they walk or drive by, what crime would he be charged with? It would be some type of sex crime, right?
Flashing & streaking are very different. Flashing has the direct purpose of showing others your genitals. Steaking is naked, but usually very quickly by (and often far away from) people. It is not meant in a sexual manner, but a funny one.
That is what is wrong with this country. Everyone feels that the have the right not to be offended or insulted.
Yo are just like all these bleeding heart BSers. How many people hear REALLY and TRUELY SAW anything. For all anyone knows in the stands he could have had on a nude bodysuit. And most "Little" boys already know what it is they have, AND most "Little" girls that have gone throw K or 1st grade have had some sort walk in on dad and mom too. People need to take their heads out of their asses and take on real problems that make a difference. No its NOT, because people DO NOT have the RIGHT to NOT be OFFENDED! I would not care because I am not some bible thumbing diwwit that is not able to sit down with his family and explain to his kids what is going on. But you keep living in that sheltered world of yours. Really do you really think that some young DRUNK student is gonna think about past court cases before doing something stupid.
