Good point. Can you imagine having it to explain to a kid if a player was paralyzed ? That to me is about 10 times more obscene than a streaker....

No, it doesn't. The original post said that if he's found to be a sex offender it would set a precendence for all future cases. And besides, we shouldn't just accept what the law is without questioning it's validity.
Ok someone needs to get a law book and see what the standards are for this offense. If it is the law that a streaker be punished as a sex crime, then the only thing that he can do is once he is found guilty is appeal the ruling and take it as high as he can. See if he can some how show that the law is to broad. IF it is not contained within the law, then this is clearly the DA trying to make a name for himself and gain some kind of favor with the left wing group of socity. Is there an election coming up soon?
Does it? Does anyone hear know how the law defines a sex crime and public nudity? I thought the point we were discussion was weither this should be considered a sex crime, not if his actions were wrong or right. Yes he broke some law, but I bet it is more on the public nudity side than sex crime. If I flip someone off is that a sex crime, flipping someone off is a nonverbal way to tell someone to "Go **** themself" should I be a convicted sex offender?
