    Tigerlaw,

    I need some legal help.....

My Dog bit my neighbor in his privates......

Now they are talking surgery. I believe him and all but I really don't want to check out "the problem".

Oh Yeah, Is it a big deal if I hide the dog in MS?
I would hate for the pound to pick him up. He is a great dog. The man was holding a steak by his side.

I'll say one thing about this.

Its fine to sell the damn tickets as long as your not on the
football team and don't jeopardize the program.

I'm not a lawyer but unless your dog showed "vicious propensities" in the past (had a history of biting or attacking) and if you can prove the guy was holding a steak (besides the tube steak that got chomped on) I wouldn't think you'd have a problem. Was the dog in your yard?

A friend of mine's dog bit the mailman one time and it cost him a thousand bucks. The human, not the dog who was broke.

I used to watch The Peoples Court when Judge Wapner was on it and half the case dealt with dogs biting somebody.
