With ND's schedule they do belong where they are....even with 2 losses. It's time for people to stop spewing crap just cuz they hate a team....face reality
They are similar to USC with an awesome QB and Stovall just makes some damn good grabs! Neither have a defense, so yeah...If they were to meet up with Bama, LSU or a similar style D, they are going to get beat...
Pretty damn good huh? 37th in total defense. Miss State is 38th and they play in the SEC...I guess their D is pretty damn good too huh?
well when about 100 of those yards are given up in the 4th quarter (they give up 343 ypg) because your team is up by 34, it tends to skew your stats just a tad..... I bet if there was a stat of lookin at teams yards per after 3 quarters of play, USC would be close to the top 10.
I watched the game agaist Arizona and Washington... Both were kinda close until the 4th...And if you hadn't noticed yet, Pete Carroll leaves his starters in WAY TOO LONG trying to get those style points...
ND is ranked high because they own NBC (figuratively)... Think of all of the media voters that have some kind of tie to NBC... Then there is ABC, with the BCS bowls... their voters are encouraged to go with ND because the ratings boost it will give whatever BCS game they are in...
