AU was "DAMNED LUCKY" to win that game and even the most ornery of their peckerwood trailer trash will admit it ... that game was given away by LSU coaching and their QB shuffle :dis:

I do not give a dimes worth of thought to the Auburn game today we play ARK then if we win , we will have Georgia team that has a reason to want to beat the Tigers real bad , so who cares about some damn yankee and what he says or even thinks . I don't !!GEAUX TIGERS win the next two games, these games cannot be close for LSU to have a chance .I should put a Ray Charles link up for some of you but it is a 21 + club and I know the kids would be the 1st to look

The wonderful thing about the media using AU as a stalking horse to denigrate LSU's accomplishments this season is...LSU still gets a chance to erase such criticism.

Whip on a Georgia team that lost to AU by a single point----and whip them in Atlanta where they'll have roughly the same home field adv. they had in their game w/ AU---and *poof*... all that talk goes away.

 

You're right, and that would be nice. We gotta take care of business today with Arky. Ga. will be a dogfight, especially with Shockley at QB, he's real good and much more mobile than JR. I'll settle for any win in that game and be happy.

 

If texas and USC meet go on to play in the Rose, and UT's kicker misses a handful of FGs, USC wins bu 3 in OT. Do we give the title to TEXAS? NO!!!!

Why hasn't the media mention how lucky was USC's win over the irish. If it wasn't for president bush pushing linehart over the goalline, we could be talking a texas/lsu rematch in the rose bowl. Like someone mentioned eariler, that was a classic. What is the deal with Herbstreit, did some girl break his heart down in baton rouge. For years, he has picked against LSU and since Corso has had golf balls thrown at him at the LSU/bama gameday in 96 he has picked LSU??
