So, the article indicates that if CLM is fired w/o cause prior to Jan 1, the buyout for him would be 15mil, and 2mil for asst's. What if it happens after Jan 1?
They amount would go down. I don't know how much. More likely than an outright "You're fired! Don't let the door hit you in the ass!". There would be a negotiated buyout with Miles "retiring" to "spend more time with his family" or Somme such reason.
just listened to first 10 minutes of his talk show. He said "execution" almost 100 times. Sounded like he's blaming his players. Also said he'd run the same plays. Still hardheaded!
If he really said this, then what more proof does anyone need? At this point it doesn't even matter if it stems from arrogance or delusion.
In the interest of managing expectations here so you guys won't spend the rest of this season and the whole off season hoping for something that ain't gona happen; Miles isn't going to be fired. Miles will be coaching LSU next season unless something unusual occors.
