I had to really think about this. I wanted to say Florida yes, Bama no, no matter what! Under the circumstances I can't root for either team. It does us or me no good matter of fact seeing Urban Cryier and Nick Saban win a championship makes me ill! I can think of a thousand things that I would rather do!
i'm wih y'all. we dont need the mighty-ness of the SEC to recruit. why give Fla or bama more recruiting ammo with another ring??
I would chear for florida, but not bama. Even if florida wins 3 of 4, Tebow is still gone after this year, and whoever they have next year will not be as good.
I always pull for the SEC, it's good for everybody in it. It makes our strength of schedule better. It makes games more fun to be facing contenders. Florida's success hasn't kept Les from out-recruiting Meyer, I think a teams trophies count less for recruits than early playing time, proximity to home, a compatible offense/defense, and liking the coaches. We split revenues in the SEC. Every SEC team that wins a bowl or championship puts money in LSU's pocket.
