    I'm gonna guess that autopsy reports are going to show that dead dumbshit was either drunk or under the influence of some kind of drug(s). It seems the most obvious explanation for continuing to yell and repeatedly encourage the other armed dumbshits to shoot him.

    And having a gun, in itself, is not a threat, especially po need down- while asking calmly for him to stay away. I can argue that the guy yelling was more of a threat than the one holding the gun and calmly asking him to stay away.
