All I know is that people respect him and think he’s kind of a boring hire.

In the last two weeks you couldn’t swing a dead cat without hitting a school getting a new head coach. Elmer barely got a nibble. Not to beat a dead horse, but ok, I’ll hit him one more time:

Tells me he's old, as mentioned in every article he's mentioned in. Don't see any 60+ year olds being hired as head coaches.

Everyone loves Saban? Where was Cocomo Joe Alleva to offer 'ol "Sabes"? No other school interested in him either.

Mention Orgeron's name as an "Option" will get you banned from most SEC boards...except at LSU.

When/If Jeremy Pruitt is hired at Tennessee, there will be 4 mini Saban's running the SEC, with varying degrees of success.
