True, the away record is very mediocre at best...but if there's one thing that can be said about our baseball program, its that for whatever reason, they always seem to find a way to get it together when they need to most--in the post season. 'Heh....I'm the eternal optimist!
In case yall havent checked LSUSports.NET lately, if you are a season ticket holder thay have info regarding a regional series.
I check lsusports.net daily (hell, I have to! There isn't much LSU coverage up here in Boston) and I did see that. I'd imagine that we should get the bid. Barring any major setbacks this weekend vs "the swines".
College Baseball Insider is projecting 8 teams out of the SEC in their latest projections. I just can't see how the regular seaons winner of a conference with 8 bids doesn't host a super regional unless they don't win a single game in the SEC tourney.
