    Posted this earlier in the weekend. This is a total sham of an interview. Shell has no chance to get this job. This is Nick Saban's job. Nobody else is going to get it. Nick wants the job and it's his for the taking. It will be done by the end of the week IMO.

    The NFL is going to be held accountable to just who? Themselves? Hell, their not only running a sham policy to keep the discrimination hounds off their azz, their materially involved in this fiasco by an employee being the token.

    This has turned out to be one of the biggest BS policies in pro sport.

    Thats why I posted what I had heard as a rumor, that Shell is getting 100K to interview. I'd fly to Miami for 100K to interview for a job I had no chance of getting too. :thumb:

    Why dont you people stop for a second and listen to yourselfs....not one of you here at this board care about Art Shell or the percieved "token" interview.
    You only care about a head coach leaving your lil school.

    A week ago you guys didnt even care about the Rooney Rule, get over it ok...

    Saban is GONE!!!!!!!!

    Dont you understand if he was going to stay he would have SAID SO!!!!

    MOVE ON ALREADY

    And stop worring about what the miami dolphins do, if Art Shell wants an interview then he should be given one assuming a team has "reason" to conduct one with him.

    Not myselfs. It's all about Art Shell with me. In fact, around Thanksgiving I said to my wife that I didn't care what Saban did after the season, but I was a little concerned that Art Shell might not be happy being out of coaching. My wife, bless her heart, said not to worry because the Rooney Rule would take care of him.
