I'm confused at what the "first one" was. The article Okie posted there is the exact same one LSUMASTERMIND posted two days ago in another thread here (which you responded to, JayB):

So yeah, of course there is no difference between those two articles being that they are the same article. However, a few weeks ago, DandyDon featured a similar article on Armand Williams on his site (and it got re-posted on all the LSU forums like this one), and this is the one Okie is talking about that made his mom look bad, because it did make his mom look like a complete deadbeat. So yeah, it is nice to see that the
Times Picayune dug into it to get the facts straight. The facts were very different in the
Times Picayune article compared to the testimonial Dandy Don posted a few weeks ago (it was just sent to him by one of his readers). In the
Times Picayune one, the mom looks like a very good mother. In the Dandy Don one, the mom looked like trash. There were other big differences too, but yes, the similarities in the two were that Armand is a very impressive person, and so is that teacher he had that took him into her home.
