A group of Tiger Forum regulars has decided to bring back a forum initiative from 3 or 4 years ago. The initiative to which I’m referring is to sponsor deserving members of the forum who are LSU students or members of our armed forces who don’t have the financial means to upgrade to Contributor status thereby enjoying the full benefits and features of the best LSU fan forum on the Internet. As a group we felt what better way for us to recognize and show our appreciation for the outstanding 2007 football season than resurrecting this initative. If you wish to be considered simply state so in the thread. If you wish to keep it private you can PM me. Depending on the interest we will do our best to accommodate everyone. **************EDIT***************** Since COTiger and Tiga are have been generous enough to do this I'll sweeten the pot. We'll make it a 2-fer-1 deal. Anyone that wants to sponsor a fellow member will be able to sponsor 2 for donating for 1. Just let me know which two members you like and I'll take care of it. You can pay via your own TigerForums.com control panel and then send me a PM with the usernames of the two members you want to sponsor. I'm interested, but I am only a grad student for 6 more months... so I think I can go with not being a contributor till I find a good full time job. But I am not going to refuse if someone wants to sponsor me for a year.

Let me add something I left out in the original post. Our desire is to have this wrapped up next week. I'll PM those selected and their sponsor on the upgrade process. I'll leave it up to the sponsor as to whether or not selectees be notified of who's sponsoring them or if they wish to remain anonymous.
Freshman at LSU.... Poor kid from out of state with no job haha. I know I haven't posted much... But I would like to be a "contributor". If I'm not picked, I understand 100%. Gotta go back to studying for finals now!
