    How about using poison ivy plants? The barners, needing to relieve their burdens, will use anything at all out in "the wild" to wipe their butts: hilarity will ensue!!!!!

    I always wondered why, say when Bevo is getting to that point where he is about to die, or Mike for that matter, or any live mascot, why they don't cook it up and let the players eat it the night before the game, and take some of the blood and make a little war paint. I bet that would freak the opponent out..... The tradition of eating the mascot and smearing the blood on the face come game time.....

    This is either the best idea ever or the worst. I have gone back and forth several times. No final decision yet.

    I think LSU players should eat the opposing team mascots....I have a recipe for elephant sauce piquante !!!! :cool:

    Texas used to eat outgoing Bevos.
    I always thought it would be cool to put a replica mascot in with Mike the day before a game. I know it would never happen, you could imagine the outcry.
