I would agree, but regardless, this guy's likely to get a stiff sentence. Not only is it a felony, but the perpetrator is likely to be tried under the new Homeland Security laws. Using a controlled herbicide to commit such an act will be dealt with harshly.
Wow. I just heard about this. This is truly sad. What a POS. I hope if he does get locked up there's a couple AU fans in there that whip his ass real good the SOB. I'm not an AU fan or a treehugger by any means but something like this is 100% classless and I hope it's dealt with to the fullest extent the law allows. I hope they're able to save those trees.
