Saw it last night. Not because I am a Marvel geek, but because I have a kid who is a Marvel half-geek. Been awhile since I hit an opening night, so I knew this one was gonna be a geek fest and man, I wasn't wrong. Packed house and too the point that halfway through, we were all sweating. It was like being at a concert. Pretty awesome movie folks and there will be no spoilers from this cat. You want answers, spend your own $60.00 and enjoy. I will however, share info for a 20 spot. Was a pretty epic movie and though you might have some ideas how it unfolds, you will never guess how it unfolds. The math was correct in this one and I suggest that if you are a fan of even one of the Marvel characters, you pony up for the ride. Seeing it in a packed house of geeks was actually pretty fun. How the movie flows, there are areas where when you would expect the crowd to cheer, dead silence. There were a lot of unknowns leading into this one. My kid swore for weeks the rumors were you won't leave without crying. I will never bitch up for a fantasy character, but there were a lot of sad faces leaving the room. For the reason are only theirs, I didn't connect with the tragedy, but I can understand how. Bittersweet, I guess. Really fun movie, so check it out.

This however, is not the point of the thread. What is, is if you were a super hero, what are your super powers gonna be?

I'm working on mine, but let it be no secret that coffee will be part of the equation.

60 bucks? $8.00 a person here bro. Course, the popcorn and soft drinks are high as giraffe balls so may not be too far,off 60 when all, said and done.

This coonass ain’t gone watch no Avengers though.

If I had any super powers, the first one would be x ray vision and it ain’t to see CO’s dick.

Is the Bunkie theater in a tent? I haven't been to a movie theater since 2002 when I took my nephews age 10 and 8 to see the Hulk. 1 adult and 2 child's tickets, cokes and popcorn was over $40 then and thers ain't nothing getting cheaper these days.
Thank God for big screen HDTV.

Whatever superpower I would have would have to include the ability to fly.

Dude, Eunice has a $5.00 Tuesday. Almost worth the drive.

If I’m handing over 60 bucks, I’m not gonna be told where to sit.

The point of assigned seats is to pick good seats and buy them online so that nobody can take them before you get there. Like having football tickets on the 50 yard line.

Lost Cajun got food and booze for his $60 so not really a bad deal.
