Advocate reporting he's been cleared... enrolling in Jan. Good news for LSU.

Is he a prototypical "big" receiver we've been missing, or just another "number two"?

I can't answer that, but we know he comes from an excellent gene pool.

He was a 6'2", 180lbs 4* coming out of high school. Not that big by today's standards, but bigger than Landry or OBJ. Plus as Stacey mentioned, being PP7s brother has to count for something.

Sometimes. But I remember wrestling in high school...we had a dude named Bubba that just completely dessimated every combatant put in front of him from the day he stepped on campus. When his little brother came in after he graduated, we were ecstatic to "get him back". Turned out to be a total bust.

Hush your mouth! (Of course, this can always be the case, and I'd be shocked if Avery came close to PP's natural gifts for the game of football.) PP was, in my opinion, the most natural football player I've ever seen. He was like TM7, but not nearly as raw.

He's a bit like Avant who plays for Philly. He's tall, but still pretty fast and not what most would consider to be your prototypical X-receiver. He's probably more of a "Z", but that's okay. Landry is sewing up the "X" spot with his play the last couple weeks and there is still the JUCO kid.

Will they try to convert him to DB? Or leave him at receiver?
