not close to #3 Notre Dame, much closer to #5 Georgia and #6 Ohio State, exactly where I thought they would end up Coaches should follow suit, would not be surprised to see Georgia sneak just in ahead of them in that poll.
Hope they fall more or Georgia whups them in the Championship game. I for one do not follow the SEC bandwagon support of our hated rivals. That SEC SEC SEC is bandwagon crap and with Missouri in the SEC - the SEC is just another conference maximizing it's revenue potential and it irks me that an LSU fan can sit in front of his or her tv and pull for alabamer or whoever that person sees as our rival(s). I have a cousin who played for alabamer under Bear Bryant and when I told him I rooted against alabamer in championship games because I didn't want any fan of alabamer to be happy he understood and told me he didn't want LSU to win either - mutual respect of dislike of each others teams but not of the people or the players. Would love to know the reaction of that alabamer player who when they scored the last td against us started showing his ring finger to the crowd and taunting the crowd Happy for that dweeb Saban - he got stomped two weeks in a row - we just layed down too much at the end of our game. Maybe he'll leave and go to the Cleveland Browns where Pete Carroll can whup his ass However, if alabamer played Notre Dame or usc, I might be inclined to not care if alabamer won because usc is below alabamer on my dislike radar and Lane Kiffin is a total jackasss and cheating worm of a coach.
and besides alot of good looking Southern women, the only thing good about alabamer is that you have to drive through it to get to Ft. Walton Beach
Bama does indeed fall just behind Georgia at #5 in the Coaches poll. http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/polls?poll=3&week=12
