I am just trying to remember a weaker #1 ranked team this late in the season.

    Anybody?

Agreed. I can name four or five, maybe more, teams that are better than they are.

They are just like the Tennessee Titans...they just keep winning.

Vaunted Bama offense has scored exactly 3 points.

I don't think this question is even debatable. Most of the remaining teams in the top 10 would beat Bama badly. They had to have a LOT of things go right to get past UK, Ole Miss, and us. Them being ranked no. 1 is a complete joke.

Blame the media, they wanted to jump back on the Bama bandwagon so badly.

    Same thing for JoePa.

Y'all are full of $hit. How many games does Bama need to win to get respect?

Say what you want, but they beat Georgia and LSU in their own houses. Many swore they wouldn't beat LSU in Tiger Stadium. Uhhhh....No.

They basically blew out Georgia and beat that Ole Miss team that beat the greatest team of all time in Florida.

True, I think Bama is very limited. BUT...they have a solid D, a solid O-line, very good RBs, one superstar receiver, a great punter, a QB who manages the game well, an All-American type receiving punts and kickoffs and good coaching. They don't have many big weaknesses other than not being deep and explosive on O.

I do believe that they could possibly lose to many teams. But they only have one regular season game left and they will be 11-0. That's all that matters. They are a very good team.

So what? Troy is manhandling us in our own house.

The beat UGA by what, eleven? How bad did UF beat them, again?

No one is denying that they are a good team. But worthy of no. 1? No way. If anything, the OTHER 10-0 team should be no. 1.

    Yeah they are solid.

That's not what we are arguing here.

It's the fact that a #1 team's offense has scored 6 points in 3 quarters vs a pretty mediocre MSU team.

They have no firepower. Their run game is streaky and not consistent.

They could not beat teams ranked 2-6.
