No problem. Alabama doesn't respect LSU either, so that's cool. They think they are God's gift to the SEC. To borrow a disclaimer from my mutual funds: "Past performance is not an indicator of future results."
I hear ya, man. Kinda hard to view the offense as a weakness when the '05 version of 'Bama's "O" was pretty bad to begin with. No place to go but up in that reguard, huh? :thumb:
:hihi: We are God's gift to the SEC, so I guess you will have to wait until next year to knock off some of our arrogance huh!
to which there is no reply. By the way, I enjoyed your Princeton post, but "You must spread some reputation around before giving it to Nutriaitch again."
I'm pretty happy with our place. We have four straight wins over bama and it will soon be 1600 days since bama beat Auburn. if you want to dwell on long-term history be my guest. Take away the Bryant years when schools could give unlimited scholarships and Auburn leads the series. But I could not care less about much more than what that pic on study wall says: Nov. 19, 2005, Auburn 28-bama 18........Fear the Thumb He who dwells on the past is afraid to think about the future!!!!
.... and that's supposed to be a plus??? Bama's offense was horrid last season. No Tebow = No Offense for bama .... and BTW, when Bama beats Auburn for the first time at Bryant-Denney, then they can begin talking about putting Auburn in it's place.
Yes it is a plus...Hopefully we will have the best OLman from HS starting next year--along with the other young guys who will have more experience. Most of them were freshmen on the line--they weren't superstars but they will get better. We will have more playmakers next year on O. Nakita Stover...Remember that recievers name. Also Hall and Brown will both be more confident. All of our TE's were freshmen, so experience is only a plus for them. I pray that Prothro will be back--although I doubt he will. I'm not saying JPW is better than Brodie, but he's not a terrible QB either. He does have an arm and can scramble (something he does do better than Croyle). He is also a smart QB. Losing Brodie isn't going to hurt us as much as people would like to think. JPW is worlds better than Spencer Pennington. Losing Tebow isn't a big deal. It happens all the time. You lose recruits, you win recruits. We will be ok without him. Roll Tide
