a 3 game series at the juice box or home and home would both be great! so after i was prepared to give baylor a free pass to success, they go out and lay an egg against texas state (san marcos) losing 12-0. after dominating vandy in tennessee and sweeping texas, the disaster game finally hits. gotta love the absolutely insane game of college baseball. also from the big 12, tamu defeats houston 9-2. their bats are finally starting to warm up. oklahoma came back from down 4-1 to beat tcu 5-4. won by stealing home in the bottom of the ninth. tonight, two incredibly riveting matchups in the big 12 north as nebraska takes on western illinois and kansas takes on sw mizzou st. snooze.
I love it. Georgia Tech is making yet again another regular season strong showing....only to be knocked out early as usual by someone.
After you posted that Baylor/San Marcos score you should know that on any given day.....especially in baseball. Hell we lost to Centennary. Even MLB is insane when you think about it. Back in the mid nineties the Braves couldn't beat the Expos it seemed. I like the name "The Juice Box". :hihi:
trying to remember how far they went in the CWS when Kevin 'mr. happy' Brown was there. that was those typical glory years when they won like 100 games and ousted early i think.
so much for my prediction with arkansas...even though they are only 3 games back they are in last place in the west. also, south carolina was swept by the UTvols. looks like the 17-18 guess to win the west will hold. LSU in 1st place after all the so-called struggling. If we were any good with a somewhat decent coach maybe we could be in zero-th place all by our lonesome.
Being in first place is a fluke because it sure as hell isn't good coaching that's gotten the team there.
