Brady will now be given a lifetime contract as he has excuses for the next 5 years at a minimum. Bass leaves, Big Baby will not qualify, and Mitchell goes to Ky.

Well let's all hope he doesn't get drafted high. It's probably a 50-50 chance he does. The chance you take with such a young player is compensated for by the fact that he is so young and you can afford for him to take longer to develop.

IMO, he's not NBA material yet.

IMO, Brady isn't college material yet. Do we hang this one on Brady? I never saw this coming - never even heard a rumor - do you think this has anything to do with him hearing that Big Baby will never qualify?

He says top 20, but if he goes anywhere close I bet he's gone. Damn this is going to hurt in many ways if he bolts. I really wanted to see this kid develop for another year...

I just figured out what "BB" stands for, Brandon Bass. You've been exposed, BB.

If his criteria is to be a top 20 pick, then we can kiss him goodbye. He's already got the body of an NBA player. He can shoot the well out to 15-18 feet and has a decent handle.

Now our only hope is that Big Baby qualifies...

    C-YA Brandon.

Have fun growing up while making your millions.

It's too bad we won't remember you for anything you did as a Tiger. :dis:

    2003-04 LSU Men's Basketball Roster:

    2 Darrel Mitchell G 5-11, 175
    3 Tack Minor G 5-11, 185
    4 Regis Koundjia F 6-9, 215
    11 Josh Maravich G 6-3, 180
    22 Xavier Whipple G 6-2, 170
    30 Brandon Bass F 6-8, 240
    32 Paul Wolfert F 6-9, 196
    35 Darnell Lazare F 6-8, 215
    42 Antonio Hudson G 6-5, 206
    45 Ross Neltner F 6-9, 215

If Bass hits the road and Big Baby's fate turns out to be exactly what we all knew deep down - Lazare, Neltner and Koundjia better take their butts to the nearest restaurant and start packing on some serious pounds - this roster will have not one player over 215 lbs. Scary, Scary thought...
