Bass' options i didnt realize that the can put his keep his name in the draft (beyond today) and still play next year for lsu. evidently, if he is not selected and doesnt sign with an agent he can return. he has talent, but he's a project without size. i would be so surprised if he went undrafted.
he'll def get drafted. you're right, if he doesn't get drafted AND doesn't sign with an agent he can come back to LSU. I think tirk was sarcastically responding to my remark tha he's gone!
I'm at work, but apparently Andy Katz is saying "he has heard" that Bass will indeed be a Tiger next year. Glad he's hearing something in Bristol, Connecticut and we're all clueless in LA...
Bass from Dandy Don... Late-breaking News: 4:25 p.m.CT Great news for Tiger basketball fans! Coach John Brady announced a few minutes ago that Brandon Bass will be returning to LSU for his sophomore season.
This is great news! I hope all that camp work has improved his game so we can destroy Mississippi Sate next year. I'm glad he made the decision to stay...
if he left, Brady had no shot for a successful season.... #30 Brandon Bass Birthdate: 4/30/85 NBA Position: Power Forward College: LSU Class: Freshman Ht: 6-7 Wt: 246 Hometown: Baton Rouge, LA High School: Capital Scouting Report The classic low post 4 with the prototypical body ... Game is mostly focused on the interior, but he can hit occasional jump shots from the perimeter to keep the defense honest ... Possesses solid scoring skills in the low post ...
