Contrary to popular belief, Dick has had a pretty good season this year. He did pretty well against LSU when you guys played....completed over 50% of his passes, no INT's and a TD.

I suspect he'll have a damn good year next season.

I can't remeber the last time that LSU was dominated by a strong conventional running game...I can't guarantee that he'll be held under 100 yards, but I will guarantee that the LSU defense won't be intimidated by him...They've had to deal with the two best players in college football this year...Beanie has ways to go before he can say that.

Jones should have a great year as the sole back at Arkansas next year.

Beanie is a future first round pick, but he's not as complete as these guys yet. That doesn't mean he won't be.

While I agree that he's not quite Dmac, I have to disagree with you about Jones...Beanie can do it all, with pass blocking being the weak link in his game, which he's still pretty good at. The coaches don't throw to him out of the backfield, mostly using Saine and Mo Wells for that stuff, but when he's had the opportunity, he's capitolized. He's a step or two ahead of Jones, IMO.

already watched that one...the best clip i could find for LSU, or one of them, was this one

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPs4Tsj6uE4&feature=related

if you could direct me to any other good ones, i'm definitely interested...

that said, did you even watch the clip, or just make a back handed comment? Many of those clips were other big ten teams (high school?). very classy...way to represent for your school.

You did say that the stiff arm was against Akron, so take it any way you want...That Hester run was the first offensive play of the game and it set the tone for our 212 rushing yards and 36 minutes of ball control.

BTW I'm not dissing your boy Beanie, I know he's really good, but it's not any different or better from what LSU has faced this season. And this will be the best and most balanced offense that OSU has faced the entire season.
